Framework: A proven demand and supply chain analytics canvas. Convenient for widespread use, serve to purpose, quick but robust and sustainable BI platform design.
Starts with typically a two or three weeks intensive diagnostic engagement. High level envision of end to end operating model and data to address; client's collaborative decision making maturity level, structured, semi-structured or unstructured data sets to capture which would serve to purpose.
Second step is defining data scope in further by source (relational and/or non-relational data bases) and prepare POC (proof of content) and hand-shake with technical teams on conceptual design of horizontally integrated Self-Service reporting data cube.
Finally delivering self-service SCM data cube and S&OP - S&OE dashboard.

Deliverable: Replacing excel spread-sheets with real-time one source integrated data platform.
Capture ``diverse but relative`` data,
Utilize ``serve to purpose`` analytics,
Deliver ``more but relevant`` people
Built `` quick but reliable`` trust in data
